Shipping Policy
To satisfy you better, we ask that you allow 5 business days to process your orders and an additional 5-7 day for deliver to an address within Canada and 5-10 day for addresses in the USA. All orders are produced on demand, and as a result of this we cannot accept exchange or returns. Please contact us in case you have any concerns about your order when received. Depending on your location, the fastest and most available service will be used. Typically, the delivery time frame is within the ETA stated above, however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
